Welcome to LivingWell Chiropractic

San Ramon Chiropractors Dr. Frank Bongolan & Dr. Cynthia FandrichI'm Dr. Frank Bongolan. My wife and colleague, Dr. Cynthia Fandrich and I are pleased to welcome you to LivingWell Chiropractic in San Ramon.

We're a family oriented practice and offer both relief and wellness care, as well as nutritional programs to compliment your health goals.

Many of the patients I treat are families and athletes (young and old), those with acute and chronic pain conditions, In fact I am known as the "pain and extremity specialist".

My specialty is in the treatment of joint pain of the shoulders, elbows, wrist, hip, knees and foot, as well as spinal pain of  low back and neck.

My goal is to get you out of pain fast and instruct you on proper stretching techniques, therapeutic exercises, nutrition, and postural improvements using foot orthotics so that you can stay well, improve on your game and to speed up your overall recovery.

Dr. Fandrich enjoys combining health coaching and nutritional counselling with chiropractic care.

Many of her patients are women, infants, and children with health complaints ranging from female hormonal imbalances, headaches, pregnancy discomfort, digestion problems and scoliosis to name a few.

Please feel free to tour our website. You'll find answers to many of the most common questions about chiropractic and natural health care.

When you are done, pick up the phone and call LivingWell Chiropractic in San Ramon  today to schedule a no-obligation appointment.

Living Well Asks some important questions of interest to San Ramon residents - Chiropractor San Ramon Living Well Asks...

What's the difference between sick care and health care?
Sick care is largely about relieving or suppressing symptoms. Health care is about improving performance. While sick care is about how you feel, health care is about how you function. Sick care is what you do to treat an obvious problem, and health care is what you do to avoid the problem and advance your well-being.
Why does chiropractic work?
Chiropractic works because your nervous system, consisting of your brain, spinal cord and all the nerves of your body, controls and regulates every cell, tissue, organ and system of your body. A chiropractor locates and reduces areas of nervous system compromise (usually along the spine) so your capacity to heal is restored. Chiropractic works by helping your body work as it was designed.
